Before you ask

What counts as a member?

Anyone who signs in to your workspace. Add someone mid-month and the seat is charged then; remove someone and it comes off at renewal, so a reorganisation never bills you twice for the same chair.

And everyone else?

Free. A link costs nothing however many people open it, and there's no limit on how many you make. Your board, your investors, the agency, the contractor, and the rest of your own company can all watch the quarter without a seat.

Can we start free and stay there?

Yes. One team with three objectives is a real quarter, not a trial. Nothing expires and no card is asked for. You'll meet the ceiling when a second team appears, and you'll meet it as a sentence that says so, not as something that quietly stops working.

What happens if we leave?

Your quarters go with you. Every company gets its own isolated workspace, and nothing of yours stays behind. Cancel and the links you made stop opening.

Any week is week one.

Start free with the quarter you're already in. Move up when a second team shows up, not before.
