my.okrs is an OKR tracker operated by Bijou Labs LLC. You need an account to use it. Anyone can read a page you share a link to, without one.

You keep ownership of everything you put in. We store and process it to run the service, and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not train models on it.

Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. If your employer owns the workspace, they control it and can remove your access.

Do not break the law with it, do not try to reach another organization's data, and do not attack the service. We can suspend an account that does.

One team is free. Beyond that it is billed per member. See pricing. Cancel any time; you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.

Fees are not refundable. Tax is added where we must charge it. A price change gets 30 days' notice. An unpaid account moves to the free plan.

Close your account whenever you like. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

An admin can ask us to delete the workspace. It locks at once and nothing is destroyed for 30 days, so any admin can call it off. After that your data goes, billing stops, and so does sign-in. Take a copy of anything you want first.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.

So far as the law allows, Bijou Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability on any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

You are responsible for what you and your members put into the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may change these terms. The date above says when they last changed.
